We provide various types of support in all areas of procurement, production, and/or logistics processes. Product procurement
We assist you in finding products or components, and your needs as a customer will be determined together with your local technical sales representative.
Our team in China will receive a briefing and will start searching for suitable solutions based on your budget.
In addition to our own extrusion profile processing production capabilities (sawing, milling, welding, stamping), we also provide various other production technologies through over 150 existing production partners. We can provide various materials for turning and milling, Laser, water jet and plasma cutting, plastic injection molding, Extrusion, casting, and more.
Our procurement team can also help you find specific products or production technologies that are not available in our existing production partner network. We are hereby seeking new potential suppliers, screening them and comparing them with each other. We will conduct the first price negotiation and provide you with a candidate list of potential production partners.
In the next stage, we can (if you are willing) visit potential suppliers together to discuss more details. Once there is a "match" between the customer and the supplier, you can further cooperate with the supplier yourself, or if necessary, use our other services.
Screen production partners
Have you found a possible supplier yourself, but are you unsure if it is worth promoting? No problem, we can assist you in visiting and screening potential suppliers.
After understanding your needs and specifications with local technical sales representatives, our personnel in China will receive a briefing. Based on the given information, we will screen potential production partners. After this visit, you will receive a report containing honest and objective feedback.
The benefits of this service are obvious. You don't need to spend money to book expensive flights, hotels, and transportation, nor do you need to hire local tour guides, and most importantly, you won't waste valuable time.
Once there is a "match" between the customer and the supplier, you can further cooperate with the supplier yourself, or if necessary, use our other services.
Production follow -up
If you have a production partner in China and wish to outsource follow-up and communication, you can use our services.
For Western companies, communication with Chinese production partners is often not easy. Errors in communication and interpretation, cultural differences, difficulties in meeting due to different time zones, and the high cost of general follow-up actions (remote or at your production partner's location) are all boundaries where Partek can provide solutions.
We use specially trained local Chinese employees to track your product production. We will take over all communication with our production partners and ensure that correct feedback and information are returned to our customers. This enables them to identify problems and delays in a timely manner, ensuring correct and timely responses and solutions when needed. Because we have Belgian technical consultants, you can communicate in your own language without any delay.
If needed, we can provide solutions at the production and logistics levels to help you and your production partners achieve the expected results.
If needed, you can use our other supplements at any time, such as quality control.
Freight consolidation
Partek continuously receives goods from Qingdao, Foshan, and Ningbo. Every year, we ship 32 sea freight containers and air them weekly.
The cost of transporting smaller quantities (< 10 pallets) can be very expensive. This is because, in addition to actual transportation costs, there are many other fixed costs (such as customs clearance fees, loading and unloading fees, export costs, etc.) that are not affected by your shipment volume. If you are willing, you can let us transport (and ultimately import) your goods. Because we have our own production unit in China where goods are integrated, we can offer discounted transportation prices. This is because all transportation costs in terms of origin and Europe can be shared among multiple Partek customers per container.
QC
Quality control is one of our main activities. For many years, we have been doing this for our own production, for the production of our partners, and as subcontractors for customers who have their own production partners in China. We inspect the goods, samples, molds, etc. produced, and have the necessary measuring instruments and cooperation with the laboratory. Before starting the task, we work with the client to develop a quality program. After quality control is completed, we send the required (measurement) report to the customer.
Warehousing
Partek can provide cost-effective storage services for your goods in China and Belgium. We stock the goods for you and can ship them when you cancel the order, or store them until the next consolidated shipment.
Shipping and delivery
We transport your goods to various parts of the world by sea, air, road, or train. We are responsible for all import and export procedures and ensure that the goods are delivered to your doorstep without any worries.
